The culture. Done of the managers have so much power and there is no feedback that can be given for seniors.. hence they enjoy so much influence.. manager decided culture of company.. there is no place for team coordination here

There used to be a few team outings for the respective team. Depending team to team some Managers are good and support you to learn new things but equally push you a bit as well.
