The company allows you to have your own vision and approach them directly and make some sort of POC to your vision which will get great appreciation and even selected as a live project that can be worked on. If you are interested in learning new technologies I will always encourage to go for this company as you will get the opportunity to learn as well as you will have to present a session of your learnings to the team-members. Job Security - 100 % secured unless you don't mess things. Work Culture - Excellent. In 3 years never found any partiality or politics happening. 1. Notice Period is 3 months which I feel is very unfair. 2. Salary should be based on performance rather than previous company's withdrawal amount hike.
