It's small MSME company run by siblings. The field of Cathodic Protection is quite unique for this market as and person can learn good set of skills here. Company gives full permission to work on every project independently if you are capable enough of handling things properly. Person can experiment things on project as they wish.

Dislikes

This field is unique and requires constant traveling so work life balance is not well maintained here. Cash flow management of company is poor so employee always get paid late Salary here. Some job locations is quite far from main cities so it is up to employee to survive physically and mentally in every situation away from home. Nepotism and internal politics are there between management level and old employees. Some of senior employees always try to keep new comer in control and some senior employees are very good to people. This is best company to work in india for Cathodic Protection field but employee have to manage the situation regarding poor salary management and project management....Read More
