The company policy is good they have certain policies for the employees which are beneficial

Dislikes

The company management is pathetic, you feel imbalanced work and personal life,they expect everything to be perfect from the agent but does not put even a step to understand them. The travel bus for pickup and drops is pathatic you have to wait in a queue for 1 hour sometimes other wise you have to wait 30min which was fixed. Peopleworking on Sunday had to do extra work whiles TLs enjoy their weekends. Salary is too low they prefer agents working with low salary if your login hours is not complete they deduct is from your salary we dot have extra incentive on our performance If you wish to leave the they pressure to work and then people have to run to save their mental health...Read More
