One of the worst indian team management. No work life balance. Assigns immediate Mornings shift after Night shift and manager says we 2 days of week off that’s enough for recovery. All people are working in this organisation is going through hell.

Connectwise leadership has gone paranoid, firing anyone at will, picking on someone, very biased towards quality engineering, which will result in customer issues in near future, unrealistic deadline, no clear roadmap. They have polluted culture of connectwise. Most of the experienced resources are leaving company because of leadership

When the Top to low levels of the management is full of cheap mindset, it creates most worst/disliked place to work. 1. Dirty politics is a little extra in this company. 2. They will not only charge you high as a buyback notice period but also stop you from getting immediate relief from your job without cooperating with you. 3. Managers and production people sucks, they want work to be done in half of time. No appreciation, no constructive feedback. Developing features without market research and then blame developers.

You definately get onboarded quicly, which means you will start working on the live projects, that is all good for skills, knowledge and learning.
