One of the worst indian team management. No work life balance. Assigns immediate Mornings shift after Night shift and manager says we 2 days of week off that’s enough for recovery. All people are working in this organisation is going through hell.

I am currently working at ConnectWise, and it is not good after changing the higher management, and now they are treating it like a service-based company. There is micro-management, and a layoff was also done last year. I wouldn’t recommend joining ConnectWise if you have another offer in hand.

Very Toxic people and toxic culture, I got admitted to hospital due to work politics. My post hospitalisation bills for almost Rs. 65000 got rejected. Situations were created that I leave the organisation. No growth, only blame gme and undue work pressure was created. I won't recommend anyone to join this organisation ever.

Connectwise leadership has gone paranoid, firing anyone at will, picking on someone, very biased towards quality engineering, which will result in customer issues in near future, unrealistic deadline, no clear roadmap. They have polluted culture of connectwise. Most of the experienced resources are leaving company because of leadership

When the Top to low levels of the management is full of cheap mindset, it creates most worst/disliked place to work. 1. Dirty politics is a little extra in this company. 2. They will not only charge you high as a buyback notice period but also stop you from getting immediate relief from your job without cooperating with you. 3.
