The micro management, which restricts employees to take a break of only an hour. complete the exact time and then punch out, even when you have no work, you've sit and waste time sometimes.

They provide on the job training and the team which alloted is very supportive for providing the training.

The management of confiance make false promises , and the management do not the follow their own conditions for termination of the employee and they directly terminate without explaining the valid reason . This same happened with me . Means for eg. There is a team of 5 members and if they come to know that 3 members can do the job of 5 employees then on the same day they terminate the 2 employees without giving proper reason by making some excuses. The management of confiance follow the strategy of hire and fire , this Exactly what I have faced in 5 months working at confiance. They don't give even notice period to employees before firing them and the promotion process is also very slow so can't trust completely on management of confiance . They play very strong politics when it comes to give promotion to employees. So at initial stage we The hr gives lots of information related to the work culture at confiance and shows big dreams to employees for remaining for long period. After firing the employees the hr department behave very rudely to the employees and try to delay in providing them experience letter. They make very false promises, so can't trust them ....Read More

In this organisation lot of things to learn on work front. You can get very wonderful exposure to directly client communicating with clients and thier team. If you are willing to learn and work management always appreciate you. CEO Raj sir is very visionary man he really believe in equality,empowerment,ethics and transparency. It was my pleasure to serving this organisation for 2 years.

Nothing which i say to dislike. But my recommendation for management is that they have to look for some of policies where company is lacking and also ensure that as company is growing many of old talented resource are getting ignored by thier respective managers due to favouritism.
