I think the ratings given answer this clearly. Changes have been impacting the employee population negatively since the spin off from Xerox. Things are not looking good from an employee perspective. No salary increases for a long time and market correction never takes place.
Dislike isn't the right choice of words, but workplace satisfaction would be ideal. Politics - yes, exists at a very severe level. Career growth - NIL. Salary hikes - never linked with your performance appraisals. Even if you are the best performer in the BU, you don't get a hike.

The US counterparts are usually very good and highly professional. If you are a dedicated and honest professional, you will get all kind of support as it happened in my case.
I was part of Defined Benefits business and the entire leadership i.e. Rahul Sobti, Prahlad Prabhakaran and Harjeet Tutega are pathetic set of people. They do no care about company and its business at all. US counterparts blame them for not being ready to take the responsibility of the work and hence they did not support Service Delivery Manager transition because they knew that their entire crop of Service Delivery Managers who were promoted from Conduent itself, weren't ready to handle this role. Hence, they conspired against me because officially I had transitioned this role in its entirety and I had become a problem for them. So they created a very toxic environment for me by planting fake people management issues and forced me to resign. These 3 individuals don't deserve a job with Conduent and if they continue to be there, several DB clients won't get renewed and Conduent will have to suffer heavy losses....Read More
I was very happy with my work as I had absolute clarity about what was expected out of me as a Service Delivery Manager and how well I was doing it. My US leaders were very happy with me but the Indian Leadership was pathetic. I didn't want to quit.
