They are not even concerned about other people career. HR decides and takes everything for granted. Not even discussing with the employee. I nearly lost my career and time by joining this company.

Work environment is pretty good. Learning at an early stage of career is very good. Exposure to multiple domains.

Dislikes

Very bad HR policies. Comparatively low pay. Arrogant HR n HR manager.

Work Details

Overall had a good learning experience, with exposure to many domains. The process of handling a project is well thought. Only negative will be the HR policies and the way u r treated when u resign.

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem.
