Dislikes
Management is little weak especially the transport management. Very less benefits to employees, they deserve more. Work load is heavy and some sort of politics is there.

It was interesting for me because I was hired as a L1 associate but in my short time period I have worked mostly for 1.5 and escalated L2. I was actually interested in L2.5 service which I learnt myself without training and my own work felt boring.
