I would like to highlight the worst interview process in CNX, The are hiring for Team Leader process and the HR team is not sure when the interview will happen they took 15 days for 3 interviews, First Interview- The Ops manager did not ask more than 1 question related to Operation- then they said its a reject. Second Interview -The Ops manager asked about the Capacity Planning for headcount and Occupancy calculation which make no senses when you have got the Job description for Team Leader. They asked most of the question related to Work Force Management This is also rejected - Feedback was not clear just said I need to work on Ops activities. Third Interview - The Ops manager was very busy and did not let me finish what I was trying to say he was interrupting in every sentence when I was speaking. Again this manager asked the same question which is related to Work Force Management. He asked me about the productivity and occupancy. He also asked me a question regarding the BQM glid path. He was also not sure what exactly he is asking about. Again this question is related to senior level management when manager needs to decided the targets with the help if client and the as per the SOP. Never give the interview for team leader in CNX if you are not aware of Work Force Management or this may happened they are not ready to hire from outside and just putting the adds in recruiting websites to get cheap man power. Rejected - I did not ask for the feedback for this time. This is my personal experience others may have a different point of views.
