RnR for advisors, Client providing the funds for engagement activities or team party on every six months, Hybrid options to balance the personal and official life, however limited to only advisors. Job security however again limited to advisor level. Many ways for coaching to improve a team member with conduct and capability matrix (limited to advisor level)

Dislikes

Micro management, getting into personal life and interfering by keep on conducting the meeting by the manager and sometimes including HR too incase of disagreement. Hawk eyes on break by checking with whom we are with on breaks, asking to add more hours into official matters even on week offs or out of office hours, asking to attendthe official meetings on week offs and on out of office hours by extending the meeting for 2 to 3 hours by not even bothering if we are out attending any function, party, doctor check ups, driving, with family or friends or partner. Instructing for not going out on breaks with your closed one or your partner by stating that the office decorum is hampering, considering team leaders are robot not human so they should be available in one call, interfering and not letting to deal our own team with our own learned and learning experience. Manager asking team leaders to follow the instructions without any failure and to apply any given instruction among the team but when team members shows up with the dissatisfaction and approach’s the manager then team members are given the exception and for dissatisfaction asking team members to write an email against to the team leader, then escalating the same to HR by documenting the same against to the team leader. Manager, senior leaders are more focused playing divide an rule within the team instead driving culture for equality and team unity. No role of HR and HR shows up only to declare the decision decided by management (operation). No respect for women’s. Females are only get considered for one prospective for which many female employees hit got promoted however incase of any disagreement by any female employees, the management will be after her with all the documentation and mental harassment keep goes on till the time employee won’t leave by herself or kick out by the management enfolding HR. IJPs are always decided and only meant for the people who are beneficial for the management or someone closer or the family. The entire webhelp Gurgoan is filled with management families as senior leaders are only promoting either their family or someone who is giving them benefits. The worst is, the management is utilising the client given money for their own pleasure either by booking the hotels or throwing party for themselves. These clients money are actually for the employees for RnR, for their regular engagement activities, for the team parties and also on their transportation which includes their safety, comfortable travelling during home to office and office to home, also its includes medical cab expenses, for emergency cab expenses which are supposed to spend on employees betterment and to reward them for their good work so the employees feel appreciated, engaged and encouraged. Also, there are employees who have worked so hard and cracked the IJPs by their caliber and got promoted as teach lead, DTL etc. however these people are very demotivated because even after cracking the IJPs, these people are asked to do their required work as well as any momenta they are asked to go back to their work by rolling back their designation. Amazing environment, I have ever worked in where people are getting treated as inhuman and robots by tagging the line as people first and think human.
