Everything is pathetic here. Companies vision is not about bringing up it's employees. They majorly focus on cost cutting, save money, acquire other small firms in that and they don't pay the promised or shown monthly incentives to you. We haven't seen annual hike is last couple of years. People at operation level are self centered and will be in favour of guys who does buttering job. No latest infrastructure and systems they make employees to work is outdated. It is not a good place to work for. Be it any branch. One of the worst experience in my carrier life. Management is not helpful and are not on words. Agents are promised to do OT for business requirements however agents have to fight for their OT amount for months. HR team is vague and never have solution and never picks the calls of employees. CNX never follows the policies and are of 10 hours working shift. Would suggest people not to join CNX Chandigarh.
