Only clients like BT BASF are fine. But not AstraZeneca

Dislikes

- no job stability - no standards for pocs - politics - AstraZeneca project is the worst project that I had worked for. - If any requests only if you are favourite they will approve requests else nuts TL and manager take things till HR. - clients feedbacks are taken as escalations - mental traumas for sure - Request no one to join AstraZeneca project if getting selected. - they won't project great hike on your salary just 2-5% For example if you have 5.5lpa in your previous company you get 6lpa in this company. - you get good hikes in other companies 25-30% - even the appraisal will be 2-3% hike not more than that. No matter wat efforts or scores you have. - one the cheapest uncultured company to work with....Read More
