Earlier it was felt like a Dream Land from all aspects . Being a part of wonderful team and having a brilliant manager , everything was so smooth and perfect .

But like other organizations, here also we have some elements of dirty office politics, which can spoil your morale and trust. In a recent event, the dismissal of our valued manager has revealed a distressing side of company culture which i never expected. The decision not only came as a shock but also disheartening to see that the contributions of individuals who genuinely care about the team and its success can be overshadowed by internal power struggles. 1. Lately, I felt some of the competition creates storming within a group. However, I am optimistic that it part of the process but needs a close monitoring 2. Less option of Food Vendor's (CC India). I think if now we have a pattern for estimation. Otherwise, a weekly approximate number can help via quick surveys and derive an estimate.

I have been terminated in a day without any prior Notice what should I do ?

Will this recent termination effect my future career? So I have worked with this company its not even been 6 months they terminated me just before completing my probation period 2 days left for my probation to complete they terminated me before that immediately, will I get a relieving letter ?
