There are few things that are not good in company. There is a manager who does not want his colleagues to grow salary wise and position wise. His name is Sushant Gandhi. Whoever read this, Please do not work under Sushant Gandhi. He is worst person to work with. He will talk to you sweetly but he is not a good leader and not good person.

HR team is highly pathetic. They play high level politics to harass the employees and force them to leave the organization. There is monopoly of HR and the HR team members - Rajasree, Sonal, Priti and Meenal themselves defame other female employees in the office and make unacceptable character related comments and question on the modesty of women. It simply makes the environment unsafe for women and nobody would like to work at such place.
