Your Role:
- We're seeking a strategic, proactive, and results-driven Senior Manager of Business Development & Strategy to drive enterprise growth.
- This role isn't just about meeting quotas-it's about forging meaningful partnerships, unlocking new opportunities, and being a trusted advisor to clients.
- As an Enterprise Growth Hunter, you'll spearhead our efforts to expand our footprint in the enterprise segment, helping businesses harness the full power of Microsoft solutions in Cloud, AI, Data/BI, and more.
What You'll Do:
- Drive New Business Opportunities.
- Lead Generation to Closure: Identify, engage, and close high-value enterprise opportunities.
- Expand Client Base: Add new logos and create sustainable revenue growth.
- Build Long-Term Relationships.
- Establish trust-based, consultative relationships with enterprise clients.
- Partner with stakeholders to design tailored solutions that address client needs and exceed expectations.

- Keep a pulse on industry trends, emerging technologies, and the competitive landscape, particularly in Cloud, AI/ML, and data-driven solutions.
- Use market insights to position Compunnel as a thought leader and trusted partner.
Exceed Targets:
- Consistently achieve or surpass sales goals and deliver measurable business outcomes.
- Collaborate across internal teams to ensure seamless execution and client satisfaction.
- Leverage Tools and Insights.
- Utilize CRM platforms and sales tools to optimize the sales process and pipeline management.
- Deliver accurate sales forecasts and insights to support strategic decision-making.
What You Bring:
- Experience: 7-8 years in enterprise direct sales in the North American IT market, focusing on software, cloud solutions, or digital transformations.
- Proven Success: A track record of meeting or exceeding revenue goals through consultative selling and client-centric strategies.
- Tech Expertise: Familiarity with Microsoft solutions, CRM systems, and emerging tech in cloud and data.
- Exceptional Communication: The ability to convey complex solutions in a clear, compelling manner.
- Relationship Builder: Adept at building and nurturing trust-based relationships with clients at all organizational levels.
