We are seeking an ambitious and results-driven Enterprise Sales Manager to join our team in Mumbai.
This role focuses on driving direct enterprise sales by building strong customer relationships and delivering impactful solutions to large organizations.
Key Responsibilities:.
Sales Strategy and Execution:.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to acquire and grow enterprise accounts across key verticals.
- Meet and exceed revenue targets through effective pipeline management and deal closures.
Customer Engagement:.
- Identify, connect, and engage with decision-makers, influencers, and stakeholders in target enterprises.
- Understand customer challenges and present tailored solutions from Saptang Labs' product portfolio.
Enterprise Account Management:.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to contract negotiation and closure.
- Establish long-term relationships with enterprise clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Market Research and Insights:.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor strategies, and opportunities for growth.
- Gather and share insights on customer needs and feedback with internal teams to refine offerings.
Collaboration:.
- Work closely with Channel, Marketing, Product, and Delivery teams to align sales efforts with organizational goals.
- Collaborate with pre-sales and technical teams to ensure seamless delivery of solutions to clients.
Reporting and Forecasting:
- Maintain accurate sales records, reports, and forecasts using CRM tools.
- Provide regular updates to management on sales performance, challenges, and opportunities.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
Experience:
- 5+ years of proven experience in enterprise sales, preferably in SaaS, cybersecurity, or technology services.
- Demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding revenue targets in a direct sales role.
- Experience selling to large organizations and managing multi-stakeholder sales processes.
Skills:.
- Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to understand customer needs and present compelling solutions.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to use data for decision-making and reporting.
Education:.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- MBA preferred but not mandatory.
Location & Travel:.
- Based in Mumbai with the ability to travel for customer meetings and events as required.
