ABOUT THE ROLE:
As the Enterprise Sales Manager, you will be a key driver of growth and success at TartanHQ. You will lead our go-to-market strategy, sales, and marketing efforts, build strong relationships with clients, and drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Development and Partnerships:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities with enterprise, startup, and mid-stage clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
- Negotiate and close deals to drive revenue growth.
Sales and Marketing Strategy:
- Develop and execute effective sales and marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and market penetration.
- Oversee the sales and marketing team, providing guidance and support.
- Analyse market trends and competitive landscapes to inform strategic decisions.
Team Leadership:
- Recruit, hire, and develop a high-performing team of sales and marketing professionals.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Provide mentorship and coaching to team members.
Operational Excellence:
- Implement efficient systems and processes to streamline operations.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
Key Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum 6 years of experience in the SaaS, Fintech, or banking industry is mandatory.
- Sales Experience: Must have Software Sales and Enterprise Sales experience along with a good network.
- Ready To Travel: This role may require travel inter/intra-city for up to 50% of the time for client visits.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and motivate teams, as well as influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Business Acumen: A deep understanding of business fundamentals, including finance, marketing, and sales.
- Strong Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey complex ideas.
- Problem-solving skills: Ability to identify and resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner.
- Data-Driven Approach: A strong focus on data-driven decision-making.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with SaaS products and technology trends.
- Relationship-building skills: Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
