What You'll Do
- Demonstrate exceptional communication skills to effectively engage top-tier candidates and highlight the opportunities at StrategyCo.Global, especially when candidates are evaluating multiple opportunities.
- Identify and engage with top students across Europe, attract and persuade them to join in part-time or full-time roles, and screen candidates to assess both their capabilities and cultural fit.
- Oversee the complete employee cycle, from onboarding to exit, ensuring a smooth experience for all hires.
- Analyze the hiring funnel, derive insights, identify areas for improvement, and implement process optimizations based on data-driven decisions.
- Quickly identify inefficiencies in the recruitment process, communicate findings to leadership, and take independent decisions to enhance operations.
- Create professional recruitment-related documents, including company presentations, job ads, and other collateral.
- Demonstrate strong understanding of recruitment tools and platforms such as Canva, PowerPoint, and Google Suite.

Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of tools and platforms such as Canva, PowerPoint, and Google Suite, Advanced Excel, and Applicant Tracking Systems
What We Expect
- 4+ years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in talent acquisition.
- Strong sourcing skills, with experience of international recruiting.
- A persuasive and engaging communicator, both written and verbal.
- Ability to manage the full recruitment cycle, from outreach to offer.
- A structured and data-driven approach to improving hiring outcomes.
- Experience using ATS and CRM tools to streamline recruitment processes.
