We are recruiting a Strategy Consultant to work on management consulting projects for global organizations and executives across Europe and North America. You will work directly with the clients and present your work to the client executive team from day one!

Key Responsibilities:
- Solve solve critical business challenges, delivering data-driven insights and actionable recommendations to the executives.
- Lead key workstreams, ensuring timely, high-quality deliverables while mentoring junior team members.
- Present findings and strategic solutions to client executives, fostering strong relationships and driving measurable impact.
- Support internal initiatives as part of the COO Office, focusing on operational improvements and process optimization.
- Drive business development efforts, including exploring new markets, identifying growth opportunities, and supporting go-to-market strategies.
- Play a key role in opening new markets and expanding the firm's footprint in untapped industries and regions.
Qualifications Required to be successful in this role:
Educational Background:
- Master's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (mandatory).
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or other relevant disciplines.
Work Experience:
- A minimum of 2 years of relevant professional experience, preferably in management consulting or related fields.
Skill Set:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to synthesize data into actionable insights.
- Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with experience engaging senior stakeholders.
Desirable Skills:
- Experience with advanced analytics tools such as Alteryx or KNIME.
- Exposure to strategic frameworks and a solid understanding of business metrics and industry data.
- Proficiency in visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
