Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic Growth Marketing Specialist to join our team and take ownership of strategic marketing initiatives in the B2B SaaS space. This role requires a results-driven marketer with a knack for understanding the bigger picture while executing tactical plans. If you are passionate about driving brand positioning, creating compelling content, and executing innovative campaigns, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Skills Required to be successful in this Role:

- SEO principles and tools

- Keyword research and performance optimization

- Content creation (podcast, newsletters, posts)

- Product marketing and value proposition articulation

- Campaign planning, execution, and monitoring

- Social media management and analytics

- Thought leadership initiatives

- Brand positioning and creative thinking

- Sales-driven marketing mindset for lead generation

Key Responsibilities:

Product and Sales-Driven Marketing:

- Design, execute, and manage marketing campaigns to effectively showcase product benefits and generate high-quality leads.

- Deeply understand our ideal customer profiles (ICP) to ensure messaging resonates with different customer segments.

- Collaborate closely with the Product and Sales team to ensure marketing initiatives support revenue growth and refine the ICP.

- Work towards clear marketing KPIs such as Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs), closed, wins, and revenue.

Content and SEO Marketing:

- Develop and execute comprehensive SEO plans to enhance online visibility and drive organic traffic.

- Conduct in-depth keyword research to optimize website and content for search engines.

- Write SEO-optimized blogs, engaging newsletters, and other materials to drive traffic and nurture leads.

- Spearhead podcast production, from industry expert outreach to editing and publishing.

- Oversee content distribution across platforms to maximize engagement and visibility.

Market Research and Thought Leadership:

- Overseeing market research to understand industry trends, competitive landscape, and target customer segments.

- Partner closely with the Product team to conduct in-depth customer analysis to inform product development.

- Produce insightful and informative posts in the realm of HR and HR Tech to strengthen company Thought Leadership position.

- Proactively conduct continuous AB testing and performance analysis in order to optimize campaign performance.
