Position Summary:

HirewithEve.ai is looking for a highly motivated and skilled Enterprise Sales Manager to support sales in the US region. This position is an integral part of our sales engine. You will be responsible for identifying and creating opportunities within the target Enterprise market.

As an Enterprise Sales Manager you will need to be able to articulate the value proposition of the product. Work closely with the founding team members and tech team.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Research and identify prospects from target accounts, executing personalized outbound sales outreach.
  • Rigorous research on accounts and build an effective reach-out cadence.
  • Generate qualified opportunities by e-mailing, cold calling, and linked-in. prospecting in the target market (US, UK & Europe)
  • Reach out to decision-makers at relevant enterprises in the market using various outreach methods including emails, phone calls, and LinkedIn.
  • Engage with inbound leads, trial users, and past customers to understand their goals and demonstrate product value.
  • Your primary responsibility is to engage the CHROs, HR Heads and decision makers of the HR Function in the Enterprise Accounts, understand their needs, provide them with helpful information and handle that relationship until they are interested enough to explore our solution.
  • Conduct product demos and training sessions via video calls and webinars.
  • Develop strategic account plans for enterprise clients to achieve sales targets.
  • Perform Gap Analysis to articulate key value propositions in the hiring workflow.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product Development, and Operations to create sales tools and strategies.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitive issues.
  • Utilize HubSpot CRM for accurate data capture and detailed metrics tracking.
  • Approach customer challenges with innovative problem-solving to maximize value.

Skills Required

  • 3-5 years of Enterprise Sales experience as an individual contributor role in the enterprise market.
  • A result-oriented individual with a strong hunter mindset
  • Learning mindset and the right attitude that may help thrive and adapt in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
