Specialist - Digital Marketing
About the Role:
- We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Digital Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role requires a strong foundation in digital marketing principles, coupled with a deep understanding of database technologies and web development.
- You will be responsible for developing and executing innovative digital marketing strategies, leveraging data-driven insights to drive business growth.
Responsibilities:
Digital Marketing Strategy:
- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with overall business objectives.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and optimize marketing efforts.
- Oversee the planning and execution of digital campaigns across various channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
Database Management:
- Design, develop, and maintain efficient database structures to support digital marketing initiatives.
- Utilize SQL and other database tools to extract, clean, and analyze large datasets.
- Perform data mining and segmentation to identify target audiences and optimize campaign performance.
Web Development:
- Collaborate with the development team to create and optimize website pages and landing pages.
- Develop and implement A/B testing strategies to improve website performance and user experience.
- Ensure website compliance with SEO best practices and accessibility standards.
Analytics and Reporting:
- Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns.
- Generate insightful reports to communicate campaign performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Utilize data analytics tools to uncover trends and make data-driven recommendations.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product marketing, and creative services, to ensure alignment and effective execution of marketing initiatives.
- Build strong relationships with external vendors and partners to optimize marketing efforts.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 4-7 years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on data-driven strategies.
- 4+ years of hands-on experience with database technologies, including SQL and data warehousing.
- 3+ years of experience in scripting languages such as JavaScript, React, and HTML.
- Strong understanding of API and web services.
- Proven ability to analyze complex data sets and draw actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- A passion for digital marketing and a keen eye for detail.
