Job Overview:
- We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Sales Manager with a strong background in handling large enterprise accounts, government accounts, and familiarity with the Audio-Visual (AV) industry.
- The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the complexities involved in managing high-value relationships and driving sales growth within these sectors.
- This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage a portfolio of large enterprise and government accounts, ensuring strong relationships at multiple levels within the client organization.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing excellent customer service and addressing their needs promptly and effectively.
- Craft and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenue goals within the enterprise and government sectors.
- Identify new business opportunities, including upselling and cross-selling AV solutions, and expand the company's footprint within existing accounts.
- Conduct market research to understand the competitive landscape, emerging trends, and opportunities within the enterprise and government sectors.
- Develop strategies to penetrate new markets and increase market share.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to maximize profitability while maintaining long-term relationships.
- Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, product management, and technical support, to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.
- Mentor and guide junior sales team members, sharing best practices and fostering a collaborative environment.
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts and provide regular updates to senior management on account status, pipeline development, and sales performance.
- Utilize CRM tools to track all sales activities, customer interactions, and outcomes.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in enterprise sales, with a focus on large enterprise and government accounts.
- Proven track record in the Audio-Visual (AV) industry is highly preferred.
- Demonstrated success in managing complex sales cycles and closing large deals.
- Strong understanding of AV technologies and solutions.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with C-level executives and decision-makers.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to drive sales growth in a competitive market.
- Willingness to travel as required to meet with clients and attend industry events.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
