EXCITED ABOUT YOUR TASKS ?
- Lead the sales team in achieving targets for SaaS-based HR Tech products.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive growth in the HR Tech sector.
- Generate new business opportunities through various channels, including networking, industry events, and partnerships.
- Manage and nurture relationships with key clients, ensuring long-term partnerships.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and customer needs.
- Present product demonstrations, pitches, and proposals to prospective clients.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing and product teams to ensure alignment on product offerings and market strategies.
- Proficiency in handling enterprise deals.
- Lead contract negotiations and close deals effectively.
- Prepare detailed sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses.
- Mentor and coach junior sales team members, fostering a culture of high performance and motivation.
WHAT WILL YOU NEED TO SUCCEED ?
- 6+ years of experience in Sales, preferably within the SaaS and HR Tech sectors.
- Proven Expertise: Strong background in closing large deals and managing high-value clients.
- Leadership: Experience in leading sales teams and driving results in a target-driven environment.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven experience in handling a team of at least 4 to 5 people
- Networking: Strong ability to build relationships with C-level executives and decision-makers.
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with HR technologies, trends, and SaaS-based solutions.
- Analytical Skills: Proficient in sales analytics and forecasting.
- Must be comfortable with working in a fast-paced environment.
