Snapmint is on a mission to democratize no/low-cost installment purchases for the next 200 million Indians. Of the 300 million credit-eligible consumers in India, fewer than 30 million actively use credit cards. Responsibilities:
- Strategic Partnerships Development: Identify, negotiate, and secure strategic partnerships with corporate clients, including banks, large enterprises, and e-commerce companies.
- Revenue Growth: Develop and execute partnership strategies that drive revenue growth, aiming to generate new opportunities.
- Corporate Relationship Management: Leverage existing networks and build new relationships with key decision-makers in target industries to promote Snapmint's products.
- Product Advocacy: Effectively communicate the value proposition of Snapmint to prospective partners.
- Collaborative Leadership: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to ensure alignment and successful execution of partnership initiatives.
- Market Intelligence: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and potential partnership opportunities to stay ahead in the fintech landscape.
- Achieve/Exceed Targets: Successfully prospect CXO/Founder-level individuals in D2C and offline brands, understand the market, and communicate the unique selling points (USPs) of in-house products.
- Stakeholder Management: Manage multiple stakeholders on both sides with a curated approach to decision-makers, influencers, gatekeepers, and champions in the deal funnel.
Experience Required:
- 5 years of experience in the Enterprise sales role in fintech/ SAAS or e-commerce companies
- Good understanding of sales qualification and prospecting best practices such as BANT, MEDDIC and/or Sanders Method are good to have
- Ability to secure productive face to face meetings with the extend decision making unit at the client organization to create a strong influence on the decision making process
Additional Requirement:
- Strong CXO-Level Engagement: Proven ability to connect with and influence senior decision-makers (CXOs, Founders, Directors) in large enterprises and high-growth startups.
- Deep Market Understanding: Strong grasp of fintech lending, BNPL models, and e-commerce/retail payments landscape.
- Strategic Negotiation & Deal Closing: Experience in structuring and closing complex enterprise deals, including RFPs and multi-stakeholder negotiations.
- Pipeline & CRM Management: Proficiency in maintaining a high-velocity sales pipeline, managing deal stages, and using CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).
- Consultative & Solution Selling: Ability to understand client pain points and tailor Snapmint's offerings to address specific business challenges.
- Excellent Presentation & Storytelling: Strong skills in delivering persuasive pitches, business cases, and impact-driven presentations.
- Data-Driven Approach: Ability to leverage data and market insights to drive decision-making and optimize sales strategies.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Experience working closely with product, risk, compliance, and marketing teams to customize solutions for enterprise clients.
- Agility & Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment and drive results under ambiguity.

Enterprise Account Acquisition & Growth:
- Drive enterprise sales by identifying, pitching, and closing partnerships with large D2C, offline retail, and e-commerce brands.
- Own and manage the complete deal lifecycle, from lead generation to contract closure.
Revenue Ownership & Performance Metrics:
- Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
- Drive high-value partnerships with a clear focus on revenue contribution and profitability.
Market Expansion & Brand Positioning:
- Identify untapped market segments and new use cases for Snapmint's offerings.
- Develop strategic GTM (Go-To-Market) plans to penetrate new industries and regions.
Sales Process Excellence:
- Implement best practices in sales qualification methodologies (BANT, MEDDIC, etc.).
- Continuously optimize sales processes to reduce deal cycles and improve conversion rates.
Stakeholder Management & Relationship Building:
- Engage with key decision-makers, gatekeepers, and influencers across enterprise accounts.
- Build long-term relationships to drive repeat business and customer advocacy.
Competitive Intelligence & Industry Insights:
- Monitor competitor movements, pricing strategies, and market trends.
- Provide internal teams with insights to refine product offerings and marketing strategies.
Customer Success & Retention:
- Ensure seamless onboarding and implementation for enterprise clients.
- Work closely with account management teams to drive adoption, retention, and upselling opportunities.
