Key Responsibilities:

1. Expense Forecasting & P&L Management:

- Take ownership of the expenses forecast for the business group, utilizing trend analysis and KPI reviews to manage and improve the P&L.

2. Analytical & Data-Driven Financial Management:

- Build and implement an analytical and data-driven business finance function, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting of key financial metrics.

3. Forecasting Model Setup:

- Set up and refine forecasting models to improve financial predictability, ensuring disciplined financial management and effective resource allocation.

4. Cross-Functional Collaboration:

- Work closely with cross-functional teams to resolve any issues related to the P&L, ensuring alignment across departments and seamless execution of financial strategies.

5. Reporting Expertise:

- Provide hands-on experience in financial reporting, ensuring timely, accurate, and comprehensive reports for leadership and business stakeholders.

6. Revenue & Expense Simulation:

- Support finance and business leaders by simulating revenue projections and corresponding expenses, and assist in working out margin protection/improvement plans.

Qualification:

- Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is mandatory.
