Key Responsibilities:
Transaction Reconciliation & Merchant Settlements:
- Oversee and manage daily merchant payment monitoring, ensuring accurate reconciliation of accounts related to merchant settlements.
- Handle refunds, disputes, and discrepancies, ensuring prompt resolution and accurate accounting.
Merchant Payment Monitoring:
- Continuously monitor and track merchant payments and settlement statuses, ensuring timely and accurate processing of payments.
Merchant Terminal Setup & Agreement Management:
- Manage the setup process for new merchant terminals, including ensuring all necessary documentation and agreements are properly tracked, filed, and updated.
Merchant Payment Hold & Release:
- Efficiently manage the merchant payment hold and release processes, ensuring compliance with company policies and addressing any issues or concerns promptly.
Merchant Query Resolution:
- Provide strong analytical support in resolving merchant queries related to payments, refunds, and other relevant categories, ensuring high-quality service and timely solutions.
Management Information Systems (MIS) Reporting:
- Prepare and deliver MIS reports as required by business managers and stakeholders, providing accurate and actionable insights.
Qualification - Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is mandatory.
