Leadership

Nalin, Anil, and Abhineet are IIT Bombay alumni and serial entrepreneurs. Their success stories include - Oyo, Ola, Holachef, Inrea and Sodel Solutions. Since 2008, the focus has been on solving big data problems, "real-time" predictive technologies and algorithms primarily Ad-tech, Consumer Marketing and Media and growing eCommerce brands.

Responsibilities:

1. Assist in reviewing operational processes to ensure accuracy, completeness and compliance with applicable laws, regulation and industry standards.

2. Assist in analyzing data and identify early warning signals which indicate possible losses and potential frauds and provide recommendations for corrective actions and process improvement.

3. Assist in developing Quarterly Risk-based audit plan and deep dive into areas of concern and prioritize audit activities accordingly.

4. Stay updated with regulatory changes, emerging risks and best industry practices related to NBFC and ensure compliance with relevant changes/requirements.

5. Collaborate with business & tech teams to understand the root cause for process lapses and highlight areas for process enhancements

6. Work collaboratively in a fast-paced, multi-dimensional team to ensure timely completion of projects.

7. Assist in handling Internal Audit organizational activities, including budgeting, internal controls and risk assessment.

Qualification & Experience Required:

1. Qualified CA with 1-2 years of experience in internal auditing, risk management (Preferably in NBFC/Banking industry)

2. Managed RBI inspection independently at least once. (More than once would be an added advantage.)

3. Must have strong analytical skills and have good attention to detail skills. Should be a logical thinker with a knack for numbers and statistics

4. Must have strong communication skills as this role involves interaction with multiple stakeholders from diverse backgrounds

5. Detail oriented with higher degree of accuracy and integrity along with maintaining confidentiality on sensitive information.

Location: Mumbai ( Central Line)
