Business Finance Manager - CA (2-5 yrs)

We are looking to hire experienced candidates for the position of Business Finance manager who have experience in startup or manufacturing industry.

Requirement:

- Candidate should have completed CA

- 2+ years of business finance experience

- Strong financial modeling, business analysis, strategic planning & working capital Management skills.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.

- Provide financial insights to business units and senior management.

- Oversee financial reporting, KPIs, and variance analysis.

- Drive cost optimization and profitability improvements.

- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal controls.

- Support M&A activities with financial analysis and integration.
