JOB PURPOSE:

The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations, ensuring the company's financial health, managing financial planning, risk management and reporting. The CFO will also play a key role in business development, strategic initiatives, and guiding the company's financial future.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Establish clear financial objectives and KPIs, and ensure alignment with the company's broader strategic goals

- Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a high-performance culture and continuous development.

- Strong on Systems and Controls and handle Internal and Statutory Audits

- Lead the budgeting and forecasting process, ensuring the company's financial targets are met and resources are allocated efficiently.

- Monitor financial performance and key metrics, providing actionable insights for performance improvement.

- Ensure timely, accurate, and transparent financial reporting to the board of directors and regulatory bodies.

- Oversee the preparation of quarterly and annual financial statements, ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards and legal requirements.

- Ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations and manage relationships with auditors, tax advisors, and other external parties.

- Oversee cash flow management to ensure the company maintains sufficient liquidity for operations, investments, and expansion.

- Implement and monitor risk management strategies to safeguard the organization's financial health, including managing financial, operational, and market risks.
