Head - Food Delivery Operations (8-16 yrs)

We're seeking an experienced Operations Head to oversee our food delivery operations. As an Operations Head, you'll be responsible for managing our logistics and delivery network, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of food products to customers.

Key Responsibilities:

3. Team Management: Lead and manage a team of operations professionals, including delivery personnel, customer support agents, and logistics staff.

4. Process Improvement: Analyze operational processes and implement improvements to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.

5. Performance Metrics: Monitor and analyze operational performance metrics, including delivery times, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.

Requirements:

1. Education: Any Graduation/Post Graduation

2. Experience: Minimum 8 years of experience in logistics, supply chain management, or operations management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
