Associate Vice President/Manager/Head - Reconciliation & Chargeback - BFS (10-20 yrs)

Job Title: AVP Recon & Chargeback

Reporting to: VP

Hours of Work: 9 hours shift (6 days working)

Job Responsibilities:

- Lead the entire vertical independently, connect with internal user group and partners and driving collaboration with user group and partners,Dispute closures with banks

- Reconciliation and actualization - Governance with circles and partners- Digitization to improve analytics and outlier framework

Job Description:

- Responsible for driving error free recon and settlement processes

- Monitor and manage Key processes and compliance to various policies and meet the SLA

- Ensure daily/weekly/monthly dashboard to management for review

- Lead process to mitigate all reconciliation challenge and gaps or any concern by coordination with relevant internal and external stakeholders

- Proactively audit and identify potential issues and take necessary action. Also Follow up all the issues reported take necessary action and provide regular updates to the management

- Assist auditors - internal and external - with documentation required for the audit

- Execute daily, weekly, and monthly report submission to management, internal and external stakeholders

- Manage the chargeback process and lifecycle.

- To manage the team of support representatives throughout their shift. Maintaining performance matrix

Should be good in the below mentioned skills:

- Leadership Skills, Performance evaluation, Conflict resolution, Problem solving skills, Communication Skills, Process automation

Desired Profile:

- Good Communication Skills - Both Hindi and English

- Good in Team Management

- In-depth knowledge of performance metrics

- Should have exposure in Attrition and Shrinkage Handling

- Should have managed teams of around 25+ people in areas of Recon & Chargeback

- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

- Should have worked in Recon & chargeback for the last 10 years and managed teams for last 5 years

- Skills in managing large volumes of data and MIS, and querying.

- Graduation & MBA

- Candidates with prior, payment gateway experience will be preferred
