Senior Role - Business Development - Logistics (5-13 yrs)

Role Description;

- This is a full-time on-site role for a Head of 3PL Operations in Bengaluru / Mumbai.

- The role involves acquiring new clients pan India, developing quotations, overseeing operations for 3PL, analyzing supply chain efficiency, communicating with stakeholders, and budgeting for operational optimization.

Qualifications:

- Previous Work experience with established 3PL companies like RKFL, Snowmans, Cold Ex, ImpelPro etc & operations on brand side (large QSR chains or large brands like rebel, Subway etc).

- Deep understanding of cold chain logistics and 3PL operations

- Very strongly networked in the F&B HORECA space

- Sales orientation with strong operations understanding

Key Responsibilities:

1. Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships, collaborations, and strategic alliances.

2. Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges.

3. Sales and Negotiation: Develop and execute sales strategies, negotiate contracts, and close deals.

4. Relationship Building: Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers, partners, and clients.

5. Revenue Growth: Drive revenue growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.

6. Market Expansion: Expand our market presence by identifying and pursuing new markets, partnerships, and opportunities.

7. Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development.
