Head - CDMO Team - Chemical Industry (8-20 yrs)

We are looking to hire experienced candidates from chemical industries to join as Head for our CDMO team.

Location: Hyderabad

Experience:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Life Sciences, Chemistry, Business, or a related field.

- 8+ years in business development, sales, or account management within the CDMO/pharmaceutical industry.

- Proven track record in strategic planning, revenue growth, and client relationship management.

- Strong leadership, negotiation, and strategic thinking skills.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead business development strategy and P&L for CDMO services, identifying new opportunities and partnerships.

- Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive long-term growth.

- Develop and execute plans to meet and exceed revenue and growth targets.

- Collaborate with internal teams to align services with market demands and client needs.

- Monitor industry trends to stay competitive and guide strategic decisions.
