Illumine is working on large-scale knowledge interventions to bring about precision change in large organizations across industries and government. Since 1996, our work has impacted ~5 million people.
Knowledge Platforms:
Now, Illumine is unfurling the next range of Knowledge Platforms. These platforms leverage proprietary Knowledge Management & Learning technologies developed at Illumine. They bring together services such as business coaching, analytics and reporting, artificial intelligence, research insights, etc. in one, unified environment. We see applications for such platforms across industries and domains.
We invite young B2B Business Development Leaders with 3-5 years of experience (i) who can build and manage a network of Illumine's business development partners and enable them to engage with customers (ii) who can engage with organization leaders (CXO level) as part of the pre-sales engagement (iii) who seek to leverage the opportunity to build a knowledge business across market segments, both India and international.
What we expect from you:
There is a palpable shift to a knowledge-based economy with knowledge defining every aspect of human activity. Even sales as a practice is now a knowledge practice where the core engagement revolves around two way exchange of knowledge. In Illumine, Business development is a knowledge practice that demands a high level of competence and effort.
We expect you to bring a knowledge orientation in business development. For example, you must be:
- Able to map potential markets and identify value creating opportunities.
- Able to enable Illumine's BD partner network by designing knowledge enablers in the form research insights, white papers etc.
- Able to connect and engage with key decision makers and build a trust-based, knowledge-driven relationship with them.
- Able to work on large ticket deals that involve co-creation & collaboration with multiple stakeholders.
- Able to go deep and understand knowledge products and frameworks & effectively present them.
- Able to take end-to-end ownership of the entire business cycle - from initial connect (either direct connect or via partners) to successful delivery.
