Illumine designs and delivers Large-Scale Knowledge Interventions (LSI) which leverage knowledge, cognition, and behavioral science to empower citizens at scale. LSIs bring about change (mindset & behavioral change, work model, business model, etc.) at speed and scale in thousands / lakhs of people in institutions and collectives. We work across domains - with large organizations, with the government, in the social sector, in education, etc. to build solution models for complex, wicked problems in our society. Thus far, our work has impacted more than 5 million people and has further contributed to the lives of several millions of citizens.

The Business Development Team at Illumine:

- Leveraging 20+ years of IP-based products & solutions, Illumine has been working with marquee companies/ institutions who are leaders in their respective industries. However, given the vast market potential we want to expand our customer base to include more organizations across sectors - corporate, public, education and Government.

- Towards this purpose, we are setting up a dedicated BD team that will focus on (a) promoting Illumine's existing products and (b) market new & innovative products & platforms.

- We are looking for people who can contribute at multiple levels - young leaders (with a min. of 3 years of experience who are keen to learn & create value) to senior leaders (with 8+ years of experience who can engage with CXO level people & lead the team).

As a member of the BD team, you can play one or more of these roles:

- Educating the market/ customers through knowledge through building white papers, case studies, proposals, etc.

- Sales engagement with potential customers and markets & top leaders, and driving closure.

- Building a network of sales partners across different industries/ domains and geographies.

- Strategic partnerships with stakeholders such as associations, think tanks, funders, etc.
