About the Role:

- The Senior Manager will play a key role in shaping the company's financial strategy, planning, and analysis.

- This individual will be responsible for delivering financial insights, optimizing financial processes, and partnering with key teams across the organization to ensure alignment between business goals and financial performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Financial Planning & Analysis:

- Develop and manage financial models to support key business decisions.

- Lead the annual budgeting process, quarterly forecasting, and long-term financial planning.

- Analyze financial performance, track key metrics, and conduct variance analysis to identify potential risks and opportunities.

Business Partnering & Financial Advisory:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., marketing, product, and operations) to evaluate the financial impact of strategic initiatives.

- Provide financial insights and actionable recommendations to senior leadership for better decision-making.

- Act as a key financial advisor, ensuring that business strategies are aligned with financial objectives.

Process Optimization & Automation:

- Identify opportunities to automate and improve financial processes for better efficiency and data accuracy.

- Ensure that financial controls and systems are in place to comply with regulations and mitigate financial risks.

Cost Management & Forecasting:

- Oversee cost management across departments, ensuring optimal resource allocation.

- Lead efforts to create accurate projections for operational, marketing, and functional expenditures.

Compliance & Governance:

- Ensure adherence to statutory compliance and internal financial policies.

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records in compliance with regulatory standards.

Performance Reporting:

- Design and deliver comprehensive financial reports and dashboards that track business performance against set goals.

- Provide insights on financial trends, and recommend strategic actions to drive growth.

Qualifications & Skills:

- Chartered Accountant (CA) or Cost and Work Accountant (CWA) certification is a must.

- 2-5 years in financial planning and analysis, business partnering, or a similar role.

- Strong skills in financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting.

- Advanced proficiency in Excel, ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle), and BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).

Key Competencies:

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and financial acumen.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills.

- Strategic thinking with a proactive, results-driven approach.
