About Our Client: Client is a wealth management company that combines the expertise of seasoned investment professionals with advanced technology.
- Job Title: Team Lead
- Education: Graduate (MBA or CA or CFA or CFP is definitely an asset)
- Experience: 8 - 12 years of relevant experience in Financial sales in PMS & Mutual Fund sales experience (mandatory)
- Location: Bangalore
- Certification: NISM Mutual Funds & PMS Distributors certificates (required before joining)
- Preferences: Local Candidates with relevant Experience and good Communication Skills
About the role:
- We are looking for enthusiastic go-getters to join the inbound business team with Our Client.
- In this role, you will work with high intent inbound clients with investments of 50 lakhs and above.
- You will lead a team of Investment Specialists who invest in Our Client's PMS and MF investment strategies.
- You will also bear the responsibility of the deliverables of the team which are to acquire, develop and retain relationships with clients across India.
What you will need to do:
- Have a metric driven approach towards solving the sales funnel
- Maintain a deep understanding and technical knowledge of relevant products and services offered by Our Client
- Ensure Compliance with the applicable laws, regulations and organization's guidelines
- Manage a 10-15 member team of Investment sales people
- Be responsible for the delivery of sales targets for the team
- Train the team regularly on products and markets
- Hand hold and resolve all operation related work for the team for better conversion
- Manage and build team cadence toward daily SOPs
What you need to have done :
- Have Prior team management experience in sales
- Have excellent communication skills
- Be proactive, self-driven and detail oriented with strong networking and stakeholder management skills
- Be a leader who maintains a productive climate and confidently motivates, mobilizes and coaches team members to meet high performance standards
- Have sound knowledge of financial services products and services
