Job Description :

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Salesforce Architect to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the Salesforce platform, its capabilities, and its ecosystem.

As a Salesforce Architect, you will lead the design, development, and deployment of Salesforce solutions, ensuring that best practices, scalability, and performance are always prioritized.

You will work closely with both business and technical teams to drive digital transformation and enhance our Salesforce environment.

Key Responsibilities :

Solution Design : Lead the design and implementation of complex Salesforce solutions, ensuring they align with business needs and technical requirements.

Architecture Strategy : Develop and implement a Salesforce architecture strategy that supports the business's current and future growth objectives.

Customization & Configuration : Oversee the customization of Salesforce applications to meet unique business requirements, including configuration of objects, workflows, and process automation.

Integration Management: Design and implement seamless integrations between Salesforce and other enterprise systems (ERP, databases, third-party tools, etc.).

Best Practices: Promote Salesforce best practices, governance, and guidelines across the organization.

Leadership: Provide leadership and mentorship to development teams, ensuring adherence to architectural standards and development best practices.

Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders, including business analysts, project managers, and other technical teams, to deliver effective and high-quality solutions.

System Scalability & Performance: Optimize the performance, scalability, and security of the Salesforce platform, identifying areas for improvement and implementing enhancements.

Training & Support: Provide guidance and training to end-users and internal teams on Salesforce capabilities, updates, and best practices.

Qualifications:

Experience: Minimum of [X] years of experience in Salesforce development, with at least [X] years in a Salesforce Architect or senior technical role.

Salesforce Expertise: Deep understanding of Salesforce features, tools, and technologies (e.g., Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Lightning, Apex, Visualforce, etc.).

Certifications: Salesforce Architect certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Technical Architect, Salesforce Certified Application Architect, etc.) are highly preferred.

Integration Skills: Strong experience with integration tools like MuleSoft, Informatica, or custom APIs for connecting Salesforce with external systems.

Customization Expertise: Proficient in Salesforce customization using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and declarative tools.

Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills with the ability to solve complex technical challenges and provide practical solutions.

Leadership Skills: Ability to lead and mentor teams, communicate effectively with stakeholders, and manage competing priorities.

Education :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with Agile methodologies and a strong understanding of SDLC processes.

- Knowledge of Salesforce-related tools like Field Service Lightning, Einstein Analytics, or Marketing Cloud.

- Experience with Cloud Platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and cloud-native architecture principles.

- Certifications in other relevant technologies such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect or similar.

- Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with non-technical business stakeholders.
