Enterprise Sales Specialist (Inside Sales)


Team: Microsoft Services Team

Location: On-Site Noida Office

Industry: B2B IT & Software Solutions

Markets: US & Canada

Experience range: 10-15 years

Objective:

- Join our dynamic Microsoft Services Team as an Enterprise Sales Representative to leverage your extensive sales experience in the US & Canada markets and drive the sales of our Microsoft services.

Key Responsibilities:

- Sales & Business Development: Directly drive the sales of Microsoft services, actively identifying opportunities and converting leads into sales.

- Market Penetration: Utilize your knowledge and experience in the US & Canada markets to increase our footprint and customer base.

- Cold-Calling: Manage and execute daily cold calls to potential accounts, identifying and creating opportunities.

- Relationship Management: Develop and maintain long-term relationships with customers, stakeholders, and partners.

- Sales Forecasting & Reporting: Regularly track and report on sales performance metrics, forecasts, and market trends.

- Strategy Development: Work with cross-functional teams to devise effective sales strategies tailored for the US & Canada markets.

Minimum Qualifications:

- Experience: Minimum of 10 years of direct sales experience, with hands-on involvement in Microsoft Direct Sales.

- Market Knowledge: Demonstrated experience in the US & Canada B2B IT market.

- Cold-Calling Skills: Proven track record in managing and daily execution of cold-calling accounts.

- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field.

- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.

- Familiarity with CRM platforms and sales software tools.
