Stellar is a leading data care solution provider headquartered in India, with subsidiaries in the US & Europe. Seeking a dynamic Assistant Manager (Inside Sales) for BitRaser data erasure software.

- The candidate must have flexibility to work in night shifts.

Role Description:

- Responsible for business sales targets of self and team.

- Generate new business opportunities from inbound leads.

- Qualify client needs and recommend suitable software.

- Conduct impactful software demos to facilitate sales closure.

- Oversee day-to-day sales operations of team.

- Cultivate positive client relations and seek customer testimonials / case studies.

- Secure repeat orders by cross selling and/ or upselling.

- Provide customer feedbacks periodically to R&D, support & marketing team.

- Actively participate in marketing activities such as trade shows, events, and exhibitions in the US and Europe primarily.

Required Experience:

- 10 plus years of expertise in Inside Sales/Enterprise Sales for the USA region or Inbound Sales with a focus on Business Development.

- At least 5 years' experience must be in selling a technical B2B software.

- Should be comfortable working in Night Shift (8 PM to 5 AM).

- Opportunity Sensing: Ability to identify opportunities received through email, phone, or chat.

- Communication Skills: Fluent in both verbal and written English for effective business communication.

- Industry Knowledge: Sound understanding of Computer Hardware and Computer Networking.

- CRM Knowledge: Hands-on experience with CRM platforms such as ZOHO, Salesforce, etc is preferred.

- Email and Presentation Skills: Excellent email articulation and strong presentation skills.

Qualifications:

- UG: B.Sc in Any Specialization, BCA in Computers, Diploma in Computers, B.Techin Any Specialization.

- PG: Preferred an MBA in Sales & Marketing/ International business.
