Arjun Gholani he treats employees like we are his servant, Abuses employees gives bad words there's no job security in Collegepond it totally depends on mood of that Arjun if he wants to remove he will remove you onspot everything is good in the company due to this Arjun Gholani I Had to leave the company. he doesn't knows how to speak with employees. and at the time of appraisal he pressurizes employees to leave before appraisal by mentally torturing them.
