It has been more than 5 years working with Collegepond, and I have experienced huge growth during this tenure. Open door culture allows us to share our ideas and feedback with seniors. The leaders and boss are very supportive. Under the supervision of my Marketing Head Arjun Golani, i explored new marketing tactics and successfully executed several projects.

Arjun Gholani he treats employees like we are his servant, Abuses employees gives bad words there's no job security in Collegepond it totally depends on mood of that Arjun if he wants to remove he will remove you onspot everything is good in the company due to this Arjun Gholani I Had to leave the company. he doesn't knows how to speak with employees. and at the time of appraisal he pressurizes employees to leave before appraisal by mentally torturing them. Overall a good organisation to start your career. The department head and seniors and very supportive and helpful. You will get opportunity to work on other departments as well.

Dislikes

Work is sometimes monotonous if you do the same job for a long time. Can opt for other roles.

There was really nothing to like. The seniors treat people like crap, with a sense of entitlement. The owners themselves are only keen on making money, with no regards to setting a good culture. It's like working at Bombay Shaving Company, with fake promises and I have personally seen how badly the company treats people.

Dislikes

Almost everything! There's a lax attitude when dealing with students, always telling them to write or chat on Converge. The so-called administrators are freshers, and except for the permanent employees with fancy titles, everyone has hardly one or two years of experience, that too may not be in overseas education.
