Timing is not defined you need to work at least 12-14 hours even if you don't have work too After some management change company became very worse A lot of employes were existed due to a lot of politics No dedication to higher management level You need to come to the office even in covid lockdown situation Taking leave is very hard for personal and sick too No strong policies for employee benifits Even they don't have a maternity leave policy. My current salary is 28 LPA and few companies like TCS and Capgemini have rejected me after all rounds because they think my salary is high. However I am not good with DSA to apply for good product based companies. I already resigned from my current company and relieved. I need your advice on if I should ask same 28 LPA or look for 10-20% hike?
