Likes

The company has a broad vision. Management is very supportive. Always get new things to learn. Got a chance to interact with clients from different countries. I feel great to be part of this company.

Dislikes

Work-Life balance is not so good. Sometime need to work for 10-12 hours in a day to attend client calls.

Work Details

I have to look after the entire product marketing as well as lead generation process. This process is slightly repetitive. I always need to be on my toes for competitive analysis and has to take strategical decisions.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
