The salary and promotions happens on time.

Dislikes

There is one year bond and if anybody wants to leave they threaten on their career. The work culture is very poor. Just the copy paste work nothing to learn.

Whoever says positive about this company are simply fakers and lickers of management (CEO). There is only one decision maker and 90% the decisions are incorrect. So you can guess where and how how would you suffer. Please try and look for other options do not means do not join here or else you have asked for it. God bless you.

Everything seriously everything. Because there is really not a things you would really like about this so called company.

Work Details

It totally sucks here. There is not a pinch of peace of mind. Every now and then policies change as per management (CEO) decisions rather policies can change everyday. So do not surprised.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3.
