There is no job security at all In your hard time managet will not support Main thing is that they should have to work on supply rate. Because sales is effecting by supply rate. No one can help you if you are in sales.you have to work all 24/7 because vendor will call you for rates increase and company wouldnt do this.....no time totime payments of vendor or driver they also call you regarding this...Read More

Nothing at all to like about COGOS, They r just making money for themselves and emp wellbeing is completely on stake.. Vendor are suffering for payments with no certain credit period... since years failed to get any investment or even to get a buyer to sell this firm... no credibility in market & it just a sinking boat ....

It had been a nightmare and worst part of my entire career working with this company called COGOS, The management behaves like chancellor and think that employees are enslaved with them for entire life expects to work with them without raising your voice in extreme toxic culture... no vision/no mission just harassment of emp. , clients and vendors .... poorest payment cycle to vendors as managing payout through karma life lender that directly impact and spoil entire credit history and CIBIL of vendors.. During my 01yrs of tenure salary got credited in parts and delayed.. never ever think about to join this ruthless firm if you need peace of mind and your personal life safe as it will destroy you completely....Read More

I like in this company is employee, manajer and zonal manager are very corrupt. Every employee is already vendor zonal manager are very very corrupt and he demanding money every vendor and employee.
