The job was not like high pressure and also they paid more than any other company. But you have to take phone calls like a BPO always, that is the job. But best paying job. Best working environment. Good cafeteria and transportation facility. Culture is good. Co-workers are cool and friendly.

It was kinda like BPO but more technically. The timing or shifts maybe little problematic at the first but later you will get allow with it.

It was super cool. You feel big when you day I work at Cognizant as a support engineer. They was no work pressure like any other company. So far the best work environment.
