Recently we have been asked to return office, there is no transport facility available and the working hours are 10hours we need to travel by self where I have to spend my five hours in travelling and remaining 10 hours in office, it's too unsatisfying experience. Our concern is not answered with a correct reason, and the company isfailing to understand the situation like how far distance employees has to struggle to for travelling without any facility. I have 6years experience in cognizant. Overall cognizant is a very nice place to work. Culture is very good. However work life balance is depending on the process you are working for.

Dislikes

Only one thing 24x7 processes. Work life balance is 0. Although we knew about it. Still, 24x7 processes are worst.
